Sitecore CD Crashes on Item Unpublish

Sitecore 9.1.1 has this weird bug that crashes the whole CD site when you unpublish an item.

This happens when you tick on the check box called Never Publish on an item that has broken links into it and then publishing it to remove from the web database. Broken links can be seen upon save and it looks like this:

This also has been verified when unpublishing by changing the Publishing Restrictions from the Publishing Ribbon and then turning off the Publishable tickbox/es.

To avoid this issue, either do not unpublish an item with broken links with the methods mentioned above, or directly remove the item from the web database. I hope this has been fixed in the succeeding Sitecore versions.
